Cancellation Policy

Appointment fees are non-refundable for missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on availability.

Additional fees may apply for multiple notarizations, signers, witnesses, large document packages, or extended appointment times.

By scheduling an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these cancellation and scheduling policies.
