By scheduling an appointment or using services provided by Mimi’s Notary & Apostille, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, valid government-issued photo identification, and complete documents at the time of the appointment.

Remote online notarization services are performed in accordance with Florida law and applicable regulations. Certain documents or requests may be declined if legal requirements cannot be satisfied.

Base pricing includes the scheduled appointment and initial notarial act. Additional fees may apply for additional notarizations, signers, witnesses, large document packages, extended appointment times, expedited services, or other service-related requirements.

Appointment fees are non-refundable for missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
